FinancialForce

Pros:

FinancialForce has a whole suite of tools, but we've looked at them specifically for their PSA - for capacity planning and scheduling work. This tool is native to the Salesforce platform, so data is tightly integrated from sale all the way through fulfillment.

Cons:

FinancialForce, being Salesforce-native, has a bit more of a clunky UI than some of its competitors, such as Mavenlink.

Muse Operations specializes in implementing and integrating applications for running Operations teams.
